How is pricing calculated?
We charge $19 per active participant per month. An active participant is anyone who has enrolled in your study during that month. Once a study closes, you're no longer charged for those participants.
Is the sandbox really free?
Yes. You can test the full platform with unlimited test participants for as long as you need. No credit card required. When you're ready to collect real data, you upgrade to a paid plan.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. No long-term contracts. No vendor negotiations. You pay only for active participants on a month-to-month basis. Cancel anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Absolutely. You own your data. You can export all study data in multiple formats (CSV, JSON, CDISC) at any time, including after cancellation.
